Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

By signing up as an Pit Stop ("you"), you agree to participate in Al Nafi's Pit Stop Outreach & Promotional Program ("Program") under the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These terms ensure ethical conduct, compliance with legal requirements, and the integrity of Al Nafi's brand and operations.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must: • Have at least 500 or more followers/connections on Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. • Agree to comply with these T&Cs, AUP, and Code of Conduct at all times.

3. Program Overview

The Program allows you to earn commissions by promoting Al Nafi's products and services through your unique Pit Stop link or by completing approved posting tasks on social media. Pit Stop may engage in two types of earning mechanisms: (A) Link-Based Sales Commission - Earn commission when your referred users purchase via your Pit Stop link. (B) Streak-Based Daily Posting System - Earn weekly payouts by completing daily verified posting tasks on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter and more social media platforms. Both earning methods operate independently and can be used simultaneously.

4. Commission Structure (Sales-Based) - PART A

Al Nafi offers an 5% flat commission on mature sales and a 2% commission on renewal and Easy Study Program sales. To earn Pit Stop commissions, you need people to click through your link and buy a product from Al Nafi. There will be tracking cookies in place, so Al Nafi will be able to see that the sale originated from your link. If a user purchases within 45 days of clicking your link, you get the sale credit. Conversion Window Rules: • 45-day window for commission claims: Pit Stop will have 45 days to convert leads into sales to claim their commission. If the lead is converted into a sale after 45 days, then there will be no commission provided to the Pit Stop.

5. Leads Dashboard

Pit Stop can view: • Leads • Contact details • Conversion status • Commissions earned in real time

6. Same-Family & Same-Household Policy

No commission will be paid for sales made to: • Family members • People living in the same household This prevents sales tagging and unfair manipulation.

7. Self-Buy Restriction

Pit Stops will not receive commissions on purchasing courses for themselves.

8. Posting Requirements - PART B

Pit Stops must: • Register their social media handles and have at least 500 followers/connections on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. • Generate daily content through the Al Nafi system. • Post exactly the content provided—no changes allowed. • Submit the direct URL of each post for verification.

9. Streak-Based Reward System

A streak is defined as: One (1) calendar day of verified, qualifying Pit Stop activity, completed without interruption. Qualifying activity includes (but is not limited to): • Approved content sharing • Valid lead submissions • Platform-defined engagement actions (Exact activity definitions are governed by the Pit Stop Activity Validation Policy.) Rewards are cumulative over time, subject to streak continuity rules.

10. Daily Content Rules

Per day, each Pit Stop may generate: • 1 post per platform • 1 comment per platform Post-30 Day Continuation Model (Growth Phase): Once an Pit Stop successfully completes a 30-day uninterrupted streak, they enter the Continuation Phase. Continuation Rules: • Every additional 7 consecutive days of uninterrupted activity after Day 30 increases earnings incrementally. • Earnings scale gradually, incentivizing long-term consistency. • Maximum cap: $50 per calendar month, provided streak continuity is maintained. Key Principle: The Pit Stop does not reset to zero after 30 days. Instead, they operate on a rolling weekly consistency model, capped at $50/month.

11. Streak Degradation & Penalty Logic

To maintain fairness and discourage gaming, missed days result in controlled regression, not full resets. Missed Days & Penalty Applied: • 1 missed day: Pit Stop drops back by 1 streak tier (7 days) • 2 consecutive missed days: Pit Stop drops back by 2 streak tiers (14 days) • 4 or more missed days: Pit Stop drops back by 1 full week tier immediately, with further drops applied progressively if inactivity continues Important Notes: • Penalties are tier-based, not monetary clawbacks. • Pit Stops resume earning from the new downgraded tier. • Streak recovery requires rebuilding consistency from the downgraded level.

12. Acceptable Use Requirements - PART C

Pit Stops must: • Follow all platform rules • Use company-approved templates • Provide accurate, authentic proof of posting • Keep credentials secure • Protect confidential information • Engage respectfully and professionally

13. Prohibited Activities

Pit Stops may not engage in: Misrepresentation: • Impersonate Al Nafi staff • Make false claims Platform Abuse: • Use bots, automation, or spam • Post excessively or violate group rules Inappropriate Behavior: • Use offensive or harassing language • Engage in political, religious, or sexual discussions Fraud: • Edit or fake screenshots • Submit someone else's work • Modify official content Unauthorized Data Use: • Collect personal data unlawfully • Share internal lists or content

14. Confidentiality

You must keep all internal documents, templates, lists, and strategies strictly confidential—even after leaving the Program.

15. Security Obligations

• Use only your own accounts • Protect usernames and passwords • Report suspicious access immediately

16. Payment Terms - PART D

Commission payouts occur monthly. The minimum payout threshold is PKR 5000 (USD 50 for overseas Pit Stops). If your commission earnings are below PKR 5000 (USD 50 for overseas Pit Stops) for a given month, your earnings will be rolled over to the following month. All payments are exclusive of any withholding tax and any service tax, VAT, Sales Tax and/or any other applicable taxes levied by the government or appropriate authority, which shall be charged/deducted in addition if applicable. Al Nafi may deduct/refund amounts for returned sales.

17. Payout Method, Currency Conversion & Tax Deduction Policy

If an Pit Stop does not have a valid IBAN, Al Nafi will process the payout using Paypal account by converting the payable USD amount into the Pit Stop's local currency at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of payout. Currency Conversion: • All payouts will be converted from USD to the Pit Stop's local currency. • Exchange rates may vary based on the payout provider and processing date. Tax Deduction: • Pit Stops will receive their payouts after applicable tax deductions, in accordance with local tax laws and withholding regulations. • Al Nafi reserves the right to deduct withholding tax, VAT, or other statutory charges as required by law before releasing the payout. • Pit Stops are responsible for their own tax filings, declarations, or compliance in their respective jurisdictions. • Failure to provide accurate banking, tax, or identity information may result in delayed or withheld payouts until compliance requirements are fulfilled.

18. Al-Nafi Employee Eligibility Exception

No employee is eligible for commission.

19. Learner Registration Fee Commission Exclusion

Learner Registration fees are not eligible for commission. Pit Stops will not earn commissions on these fees.

20. Termination

Al Nafi reserves the right to terminate affiliation without prior notice for: • Fraud • Violation of AUP/COC • Misuse of the program • Harmful or unethical behavior Pit Stops may voluntarily leave by written notice.

21. Reporting Misconduct

Pit Stops must report violations or misconduct promptly via: [email protected] Retaliation against good-faith reporting is prohibited.

22. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

23. Modification Clause

Al Nafi may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication.

This agreement and T&Cs will be signed digitally at the time of registering by the Pit Stop. You acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
